Ultimate Baker actively works with a growing number of bakeries, decorators, food manufacturers, restaurants/ bars and other commercial accounts across the US, Canada and beyond. We love working with wholesale accounts and can support with custom color design or specific blending to support unique commercial needs.

Importantly, Ultimate Baker products are all US made, naturally colored, and shipped from our own facilities here in Washington State. We are registered with both the WA Department of Agriculture and FDA. We employ strict quality standards in the processing of all food items and undergo regular inspections as part of our ongoing commitment to Kosher Certification. 

Ultimate Baker offers wholesale services on both Ultimate Baker cake decorating products as well as on our super popular Snowy River cocktail decorating products. Once you open a wholesale account you will have access to preferential pricing on both accounts.

 Key features of our wholesale program include:

1) Access to over 300 naturally colored products/Sku's as well as Private Label opportunities
 
2) Save 35% off our regular retail prices with additional discounts for bulk/volume orders (3-5 save 5%, 6-10 save 7.5% and 11+ save 10%).

4) Option to Ship products to Amazon FBA or other 3rd party websites

5) No set minimum orders so you can order as best suits you

Wholesale Terms & Sign-Up

To open a wholesale account, please follow these steps:

1) Please download an application form here 

2) Complete the form and return to us with your reseller certificate and/or EIN

3) Once approved we will upgrade your account and new pricing will be visible when you next log in.

Our team will review your submission and typically upgrade your account to wholesale ordering within 24hrs (during normal business hours). If you need product urgently, then please call us and we can expedite this process or you can place an order by phone.

Shipping costs are critical to all customers. So we work with our wholesale accounts to give you maximum flexibility. Any orders placed via Ultimate Baker directly will be shipped FedEx or USPS. However, if you wish to use your own FedEx account then simply place your order via phone and we can set this up for you. Freight and pallet-based shipping also available and we can quote on pallet shipments as needed.  

 

 Distributor Opportunities

Ultimate Baker works with a number of distributors across the US and internationally. Depending on your distribution capabilities and volumes, we may be able to offer exclusive territories and preferential pricing terms that best meet your needs.
